Whether as a team or individual, the goal is to run as many miles as you can in the 12-hour time frame. There will be no cut off or knock outs, just sheer grit and willpower as you strive to achieve your best.

Q. How fit do I need to be to undertake this challenge?

A high level of fitness is needed for this challenge due to its length and intensity, but you are free to take the challenge at your own pace and rest as you wish. Alternatively, take part as a team so you can tag your teammates in and out. Completing a 12-hr endurance event is a huge achievement regardless of the distance you complete.
